Beautiful, there’s real estate in obscure parts of GA with neat wooden homes from the late 1800s with acreage for extremely cheap 50,000 give or take 10,000
There was a whole row of houses like this on a fenced-in lot in Gainesville, the city was selling the houses for a dollar apiece if you could move them (of course you couldn’t due to their frailty) but the city couldn’t tear them down either even though it was a really valuable parcel of land, as the houses had historic status. Bureaucratic bullshit at it’s finest.
